商业区建筑立面以最具当地地域风情的江南水乡为概念，以现代的建筑语言重塑江南村落的风貌，塔楼以最简洁现代的玻璃幕墙作为衬托这片“古镇”的“背景”。整体规划采用“院落.里弄”理念，中式院落为基质，传统里弄街巷空间为骨架，结合现代文化元素，展示出传统与现代相互融合的空间魅力, 营造出层次丰富的商业综合体。
The building facades of the business district are based on the concept of Jiangnan water town with the most local regional flavor, and reshape the style of Jiangnan village with modern architectural language.
